Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
In the case that we find that your log file is not of sufficient quality for analysis we will provide a full refund on the first occasion. If you continue to upload poor logs we will no longer be able to provide a refund. Please review the Logging page for further information.
